I created this Family Health Chart pdf after my son went through a bad bout with an ear infection. I was having a hard time with fever temperatures, needing an emergency number and fumbling around on the internet looking for info. Now I keep this taped inside my kitchen cabinet. Never have to worry or scrounge for important information when you need it most (usually in the middle of the night).
