Inspired by the fashionable cowl worn by Katniss Everdeen in the Hunger Games Series. This cowl was worn by the fashionista/huntress over a smart leather jacket and still allowed her to easily snag arrows from her quiver.
In real life, however, I highly doubt the need for you to snag arrows from your quiver. This cowl keeps the shoulders warm, can fit over or UNDER a jacket and does keep your arms free for wine drinking or nacho eating. Yum!
